Instrumentation, Implementation and Tools In Stem - Steam Education: A Systematic Literature Review
The objective of this research is to reveal the implementation of tools and elements in the STEM-STEAM education worldwide through a systematic review of literature. 92 articles were selected from the Scopus database, selected through a methodology for engineering and education, the criteria chosen for this purpose were based on instrumentation, implementation and tools. The results indicate that STEM-STEAM education is implemented under education policies and reforms to improve teaching - learning, aiming to create skills such as problem solving, creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, management and data analysis. STEM-STEAM learning environments allow the implementation through curricula issued by the educational rectors that integrate the subjects of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and art in an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary way seeking educational quality while preserving the richness and uniqueness of each field of study, through different tools that allow active learning, located, aimed at goals, collaborative and meaningful.
