Evaluation, Analysis, and Treatment of Educational Risks In Migration of Presential Teaching For Remote
This article presents a study on risk management in an educational environment, considering a private higher education institution (HEI). Risk management fol-lowed the process proposed by ISO 31000, in which the context was understood, evaluated, analyzed, treated, and monitored in the educational environment in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. Elements of system dynamics were applied to identify risks and Mosler's method for measuring them. At the end, a structured form was applied to students enrolled at the stricto sensu graduate level to under-stand their satisfaction with the adaptations made.
